Yayasan Sabah Group is currently administering and managing its properties including the Menara Tun Mustapha and Wisma Innoprise Complexes. Beside accommodating a panoramic view office block, Menara Tun Mustapha itself provides excellent venues for cultural and conferencing activities. These include:

Yayasan Sabah Group also has its own sports centre i.e the Tun Adnan Sports Complex adjacent to Menara Tun Mustapha. The complex is designed to cater for the sporting needs of, and to promote various sporting activities among the staff, students and public at reasonable rates.

Facilities available, among others, are a football field, a basket court, volleyball court, tennis courts, squash courts, badminton courts, sepak takraw courts, a netball court, ping pong tables, a snooker table and a gymnasium room, besides a golf driving range and a future putting green.
